From quotation to installation this company acted professionally and communicated throughout

Windows and door fitted on agreed day and was done very quick. They understood the situation of my dad not being able to move and it wasn't a problem they just got on with the job and explained to him where the keys are at the end.

We had a new bay window and front door with side panel fitted over a 2 day period. The service we received was first class from start to finish. The fitters were brilliant at their job, were polite and punctual, all works completed on time. The house and outside were left clean and tidy. Most of my neighbours have used them in the past, so I knew they were very good. Highly recommended.

There was a miscommunication after our unannounced 1st visit to their premises. That was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. From then on we couldn't have been happier with all of our contacts. They quoted promptly and were extremely accommodating with our changes of mind. The best bit was the installation where a team of 6 appeared, on time and worked more or less non stop to completion.

The Door & Window Centre in Swanley have been great. From initial discussions of what we required to the fitting of the windows and door combination, we have been very impressed. Our dealings have been with Dave and Matt in the office to Mike and James, our fitters. All the guys are professional and friendly and I feel are very trustworthy and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

The Door & Window Centre replaced 5 windows and as always the work was completed at the agreed schedule and the agreed budget. They are always extremely helpful in all aspects and the aftercare service is second to none.

From the first discussion about my requirements for a new front door to the finished job, I can’t praise them enough. Everybody was very polite and friendly. The job was done to a high standard at a fair price and my hall was left neat and tidy. The fitter patiently explained how the lock works and when there was a slight problem with the lock after a couple of days, he came back immediately.
