The installers who came to the address listened to all our concerns, completed the work in a timely manner and when we pointed out a few things they happily completed what we asked. An incorrect door handle and letter box was ordered but when this was highlighted there was no push back and they were happy to sort out the mix up without any drama which is un-usual these days.
