Scott was very helpful in explaining the options concerning patio doors and the study window layout - particularly the possible need for an opening window for a fire exit in the study. He also offered to replace the misted upstairs window for no extra cost which was more tricky than expected, involving a scaffold tower. It needed some remedial work afterwards, which was done efficiently.

The work was the replacement of a full height narrow side window in the lounge with a part glazed door. The survey drawing was in accordance with our requirements with clear dimensions of each element shown. The installation was very clean and tidy and carried out at the agreed day. An excellent customer experience. We are using the same company for further window work at our property.
