Removed old patio doors and replaced with new french doors, all completed as agreed,very helpful from the start to the end, slight issue with my installment day, but was resolved very quickly and efficiently,overall I rate them 100%, very satisfied.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication from everyone involved. Fitters arrived on time, were helpful and did a great job, finished the job within the timeline given timeline. Left the house looking clean and tidy. Very pleased with the new windows and doors.

Provision and installation of new doors, they outlined a fault with the locking mechanism before we had a chance to notice and they dealt with the suppliers accordingly to rectiofy the issue for us. The team kept us constantly updated and everyone we dealt with in person and via email was friendly, professional and courteous.

Fitted a new front door. Occurred on agreed date, time and to budget. They were professional, courteous, friendly.

This wasn't the cheapest quote but I accepted a reduced offer on the original quote so thought it probably worth the extra since I wasn't on a tight budget. No issues with anything. Everyone was lovely and I'm pleased with result.

The initial contact with te company was friendly and knowledgeable. The quote given was the price charged. Communication was good from start to finish. The installers turned up exactly when stated and were respectful and tidy throughout the process. I are relieved lots of information re aftercare should it be required.

They fitted 5 patio glass panels. The work was done exactly on budget. They are always 1st class in their work and products. Nothing has gone wrong but they are always helpful when contacted. Brilliant company.

New windows. The whole experience was brilliant. Lovely friendly salesman Mel. No pushy hard selling. Competitive priced to other quotes. Fitters Phil & Eddy were friendly and very efficient. Worked non stop. Cleared up very well after themselves. A real credit to the company. We are very impressed with our new windows and the difference they have made to our property is fantastic. Replaced sliding balcony doors & fixed panes. Work completed in one day. Excellent workmen. Great communication from Mike Martin Windows throughout. Very professional all round. Have already recommended them to others. One tiny snag outstanding which will be resolved soon

For new windows at the front and one at the back. New door panel and locks. Was told I’d get 8 keys but only got 3. Back window wasn’t measured correctly so it couldn’t be fitted and had to be remade meaning I had to make time another day for a second fitting. The fitter, Will, was absolutely lovely and made extra efforts to be careful around the cottage cob walls and filled in cracks.
