The initial contact with te company was friendly and knowledgeable. The quote given was the price charged. Communication was good from start to finish. The installers turned up exactly when stated and were respectful and tidy throughout the process. I are relieved lots of information re aftercare should it be required.

They fitted 5 patio glass panels. The work was done exactly on budget. They are always 1st class in their work and products. Nothing has gone wrong but they are always helpful when contacted. Brilliant company.

For new windows at the front and one at the back. New door panel and locks. Was told I’d get 8 keys but only got 3. Back window wasn’t measured correctly so it couldn’t be fitted and had to be remade meaning I had to make time another day for a second fitting. The fitter, Will, was absolutely lovely and made extra efforts to be careful around the cottage cob walls and filled in cracks.

Mike Martin Windows replaced my front door, four smaller windows and two large sliding patio doors. The work was done to schedule and on budget. The access and installation was not entirely straightforward. I was well supported throughout the design process. After installation any problems have been dealt with efficiently.

Part missing so loaned us one from the showroom then swapped it over later. Initially there was a visible gap between seals which we requested be remedied to make the bifolds draught proof. The company owner himself came to sort this and spent a good deal of time ensuring this was rectified and that a paint chip was touched up which we appreciated.

We had all windows and doors done, They gave us designs of what everything will look on our house. Great communication at all times. We had one little blip of the back door not fitting but that was quickly rectified within a few weeks. Our installer Mike and Julian were very careful of stuff when installing the windows and just lovely guys. Great service al round would highly recommended

Overall, happy with installation. A few issues were identified to the installer afterwards and they were quickly remedied.

French windows were installed in front of house. All was done on schedule and to budget. Communications were excellent from start to finish. Not just the fact that they communicated quickly and effectively, but the information was useful and honest. There has been a slight issue with one of the catches on the door, this is due to be resolved very soon, I'm confident it will be. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service right from the start in getting the right door for us through to the installation. Very efficient and great workmanship.

Good quality product at a fair price installed without any issue at the time and no subsequent problems. I plan to use them again for a replacement door. All good
