This was the second time I have used Thistle because I was so impressed with the installation of the first window installed by Thistle. Next year, I will be going back to Thistle for installation of sitting room windows. Installation team very courteous, on time, efficient and came on the date that was agreed.

Installation of 12 windows. It was agreed to schedule and budget. Communication has been ongoing throughout the ordering process. Windows look great, finishing to a high standard. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and communication was also great with installers. Installers left my home clean and tidy. Snagging is being dealt with.
