Replaced 7 windows, carried out at agreed time to an excellent standard. The fitters were really good . Two parts where missing that where fitted at an agreed time so was no problem at all.

They replaced an existing Velux window which was difficult to access (high) with a radio-controlled model. The start date had to be delayed due to falling snow but was carried out 3 days later in very unpleasant conditions (ice on roof and very cold weather) The fitters who were obviously very experienced did not complain about the conditions and did the work efficiently . Nothing went wrong.
