All new doors and windows fitted to a good high standard, work was completed on schedule and with no problems. The sales representative Taylor and all the fitters were all helpful, courteous and efficient, would highly recommend them.

The fitter was friendly, courteous and helpful. After installation there was an issue with the alignment of one of the locks but this was quickly rectified. One of the handles had some scratch marks on it but the installer is arranging a replacement. All in all, pleased with interaction with the installer and very happy with the look of my door.

The installer replaced two doors and eight windows and their facings in the property on schedule and budget. The fitters always arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard and left the house clean and tidy before the end of each day. When two window panes cracked in transit, the installer quickly arranged for them to be replaced along with a section of beading which arrived scratched.

Six windows and one door were fitted. Because of a mix-up over one window, it had to be replaced and the work extended over more weeks. To my non-tradesman's eye the work was carried out thoroughly, including adapting to circumstances (e.g. edging to fit slates) and removing worn-out parts of the original fittings. The tradesmen working on the job were personable and capable.

I got a new front door, a replacement panel for the back door, and all the windows replaced. The guy who came to do it (I can't remember his name for certain) was polite and friendly and let me know what he planned to get done when. I get anxious when there are others, so having a stranger in the house was daunting for me, but it was okay. Work was done faster than expected and in budget.

Excellent quality for the 4 UPVC doors and 12 UPVC windows supplied and fitted. Excellent service prior to fitment, excellent fitment by the fitters who were very efficient and very tidy. One DG unit inner pain cracked during fitment, replaced shortly after.
