What is excluded from the policy?

The IBG is subject to specific exclusions. Common exclusions include:

• Breakage of glass for any reason
• Components beyond manufacturer warranty expiry
• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental impact or lack of maintenance
• Rectification of defective design
• Alterations or remedial works carried out without prior written consent from Independent Network
• Maintenance work
