Who deals with IBG claims?

All IBG claims are managed directly in-house by Independent Network on behalf of the consumer.

This ensures:

• Fair and consistent application of policy terms
• Professional technical assessment where required
• Clear communication with homeowners throughout the process
• Controlled cost management in line with policy limits

Where necessary, Independent Network may appoint an independent surveyor to inspect the installation before determining liability and settlement value.
