How do I activate my Insurance Backed Guarantee?

You can activate your Insurance Backed Guarantee by:

• Visiting the Independent Network website under the “Your Guarantee” section, or

• By completing and returning the written questionnaire provided.

If you do online activation, select "Activate Your Guarantee" and complete the activation process. You will need:

• Your surname
• Your postcode
• Your Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) reference number

Please ensure the details entered match those provided during registration.

Activation confirms:

• The installation has been completed
• The customer is satisfied with the work
• The guarantee documentation can be formally issued
