The existing windows are carefully removed by taking the glass out and cutting the frames in places to get the frame out. The new UPVC window is put into place and packed accordingly and then fixed with special bolts to the wall. Once the window is fixed it can be glazed with the new double or triple glazing and then sealed inside and out. The process can vary but your installer will tell you what to expect.
