A note to our homeowners.
We are taking the COVID-19 outbreak at Independent Network very seriously and as the situation continues to change rapidly so must we. The safety of our employees, installer network and homeowners is our highest priority. On Friday 27th March our head office will be closing and we do not know when we will be able to open our offices once more, but we will review this in-line with Government advice.
When we do reopen, we will work hard to resume our normal level of service, but please be patient with us while we and you adjust.
As soon as we have any new information, we will share this with you via our website and social media channels in the first instance.
At Independent Network, we pride ourselves on the high quality and expert craftsmanship of our installer members and as part of our unbroken chain of quality, we offer an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) to give homeowners peace of mind if anything were to go wrong.
If you do have any concerns during our temporary office closure we will do our best to respond as soon as possible, but we do ask for your support and patience during this time.
Although our head office will be temporarily closed and you may not be able to visit our installer showrooms, we hope you can still find inspiration on our website and social media channels. Our visualiser tool is a fun way to play and plan your future home renovations, browse products, discover styles and design your home, your way.
