What happens if my installer goes out of business after the site is prepared but before the roof and frames have been delivered?

Independent Network will arrange for another installer to complete the work as part of your Staged Payment Deposit. If you have paid less than 50% of the contract price originally agree, by way of stage payments, you are responsible for paying the difference between what you have paid and the contract price or if you have paid more than 50% of the contract price originally agreed, by way of staged payments, you are responsible for paying 50% of that contract price.
